Job Description

The Senior Tactical Project Lead will be responsible for maintaining accountability of projects within the Tactical & Medical Division framework. This includes ensuring projects continue to move forward on developmental timelines, assisting the Director in implementing policies, strategies, and programs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain project developments on proposed timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with the Business Development, Operations, Finance, Quality Control, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to effectively achieve project goals.
  • Maintain close working relationships with all Alphapointe departmental leadership to ensure smooth project development.
  • Primarily responsible for maintaining appropriate records and documentation on all projects according to Alphapointe standard operating procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Successful military experience with honorable discharge, preferably with duties related to medical devices and military medical personnel.
  • Proven leadership ability, established planning, organization, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • The ability to travel up to 30% of the work year.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short- and long-term disability, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, and flexible spending options.
