About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Nurse to join our team at Alpine Special Treatment Center. As a Licensed Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and observing patient reactions.
  • Assist physicians and registered nurses with diagnostic tests, treatments, and therapeutic measures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient.
  • Observe and document patient behavior, identifying symptoms that may interfere with their capacity to function.
  • Develop good rapport and understanding with patients to obtain specific goals and discuss nursing assignments, care, and needs with clinical staff.
Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted California license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (L.V.N) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (L.P.T).
  • Basic requirements for all Licensed Nurse levels, including education and experience.
