Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program
  • 7 years of related transmission line design experience (completion of a master's degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of experience)
  • Professional engineering license (PE)
  • Ability to effectively lead project teams and provide technical guidance and instruction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in scheduling and budgeting
  • Proficiency with PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE
  • Consulting or utility experience preferred
