Behavioral Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Level Ahead ABA. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will work one-on-one with clients with autism and related disorders in their homes or communities, under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct behavioral intervention to clients
- Collecting and recording data on client progress using electronic data collection platforms
- Maintaining open communication with clients, families, and the administrative team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in ABA or a related field
- A high school diploma or equivalent; education or experience in special education, psychology, or social work preferred
- RBT certification or willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT course
- Reliable transportation, active driver's license, and car insurance
- Punctuality, professionalism, and ability to work independently
- Empathy for individuals with disabilities and their families
- Proficiency with technology and ability to lift 50+ pounds
