About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Retail & Business Banking team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their needs and advising them on our products and services.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash, card, and cheque handling, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve customer queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in store events and activities, promoting a positive and engaging customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop.
