We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team at Dental Care Alliance. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, including managing employee relations, patient relations, and achieving operational goals.
- Financial Management: Manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, and miscellaneous operations expenses to ensure the office operates within budget guidelines.
- Patient Growth: Stimulate new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing, and promotional programs.
- Team Development: Recruit, hire, and develop office teams capable of providing best-in-class patient care.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, such as financial report review, bank deposits, revenue posting, staff payroll and bonus, accounts receivable reports, and invoice processing.
- Facilities and Equipment: Maintain facilities and equipment cleanliness and safety, and report and/or correct hazards when necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure flawless execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- Education and Experience: Must have management/supervisory experience within a dental office, preferably 3+ years.
- Insurance Experience: Must have experience working in a dental office and experience in insurance.
