- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to safety and maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of building occupants.
- Logistics and Coordination: Maintain accurate maintenance logs and coordinate work orders with contractors and management to ensure seamless execution.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safety of building occupants by adhering to site operating procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair.
- Skills: Basic electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, plumbing, HVAC, door repairs, leak repairs, and painting skills.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and time management abilities to ensure timely completion of tasks and high-quality results.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 years of previous experience in facilities maintenance and repair.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer skills to effectively manage maintenance logs and coordinate work orders.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
