We are currently engaged in a significant project focused on lithium resource development, which aims to enhance energy sustainability in the United States. Our role as the EPCM contractor involves managing a diverse team of contractors to ensure the successful design and construction of state-of-the-art facilities.


Position Summary:

As a Hydraulic Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting hydraulic calculations essential for the design of pumping systems. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with various engineering disciplines to deliver effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate comprehensive hydraulic calculation reports.
  • Evaluate and apply standard mechanical engineering methods and techniques.
  • Participate in the design and assessment of hydraulic system components.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address engineering challenges.
  • Provide technical support throughout the engineering design process.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and relevant experience in hydraulic pump calculations. A background in process fluids and water network systems is essential, with a preference for experience in slurry hydraulic systems.


Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in performing hydraulic calculations for pump selection.
  • Familiarity with Fluid Flow 3 software is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with other engineering disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5 years of design engineering experience is preferred.
