Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images, adhering to established department protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Position patients to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
  • Adjust equipment and technical factors to optimize image quality.
  • Record and maintain data related to patient imaging procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • State of Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist license.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification with MRI specialty.
  • Associate Degree in Radiology Technology.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, positioning, MRI techniques, and safety concepts.
