About the Role

GXO Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce security and loss prevention policies and procedures to provide a safe and secure environment
  • Engage and train Loss Prevention Agents to identify leading indicators of loss prevention risk
  • Enhance and track key loss prevention goals and metrics
  • Investigate workplace violence incidents and ensure internal controls are adhered to
  • Ensure team members understand and align performance to company loss prevention vision and values
Requirements
  • 1 year of Loss Prevention or Security experience
  • Knowledge and experience with security systems
