Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver both direct and indirect patient care in a clinical environment under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician.
  • Effectively communicate with healthcare providers and team members regarding patient conditions, including symptoms and diagnostic results.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards and nursing protocols while following Triad MSO policies.
  • Provide patient-centered care and communication tailored to the needs of patients and their families.

  • Manage patient appointment scheduling and ensure accurate collection of demographic information.

  • Maintain an organized workspace, prioritize tasks effectively, and utilize downtime to review patient information for accuracy.
  • Serve as a liaison among patients, staff, and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current LPN License is required.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Understanding of insurance benefits and basic math skills.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality ethics and HIPAA regulations.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Demonstrated communication skills.
  • Critical thinking abilities.
  • Compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
