As a Cyber Systems Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will deliver cybersecurity engineering services tailored to support critical missions. In this position, you will:

  • Investigate innovative techniques and move beyond traditional models to align with industry advancements.

  • Utilize your systems engineering expertise for requirements analysis, architecture design, technology evaluation, and metrics development.

  • Plan and oversee full life cycle projects or significant phases of high-visibility technical solution programs.

This role is an opportunity to significantly impact the security of the Intelligence Community (IC). Your technical acumen will be crucial in assisting clients in navigating their most challenging security issues by integrating secure practices into their operations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, test engineering, software development lifecycles, or system design and administration.
  • Familiarity with mobile or wireless technologies and networks.
  • Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across various organizations.
  • Understanding of software vulnerabilities, exploits, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Knowledge of operating systems at both administrative and kernel levels.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Android, iOS, or Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as KaliLinux, Wireshark, IDApro, or Docker.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience in software development and code review processes.
  • Awareness of the Intelligence Community's mission, vision, goals, and values.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.

Clearance Requirements:

Applicants selected for this position will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
