At Autism Learning Partners, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and their families. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Clinical Leadership Opportunity.

This role offers a unique chance to lead by example and inspire a team of Behavior Technicians, while driving positive change in the lives of our clients. As a Clinical Leadership Opportunity, you will be responsible for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, developing innovative ABA programs, and providing parent education and support.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous salary range of $80,000 to $97,000 based on experience, skills, and geography, as well as a $5,000 sign-on bonus and attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity. Our hybrid role offers 50% supervision in-person support and 50% telehealth, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Our Clinical Development team provides 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration, including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments. We also offer monthly CEUs, annual in-house conferences, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring that they are implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.
  • Drive Positive Change: Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs that include continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem solving, to help each client reach their potential.
  • Embrace Challenges with Grace: Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and continuously seek opportunities for growth.
  • Lead with Initiative and Openness: Proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
