Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Compile information and prepare spreadsheets for internal and external statement preparations.
  • Prepare reports for corporate and local purposes, including quarterly dashboards, sales updates, business plan reports, and management review reports.
  • Monitor company credit card transactions, including proper accounting, reporting, and updates to credit card limits.
  • Perform bank reconciliations for all companies and assist with the closing process.
  • Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts, including pre-paid purchases, miscellaneous accounts, and other accounts.
  • Issue non-inventory credit and debit memos and miscellaneous invoices.
  • Update vendor information in SAP as requested by treasury and purchasing.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by management.
  • Prepare local and corporate financial statements for other smaller companies.
  • Assist with tax compliance for sales tax.
  • Document and update accounting and policy manuals.
  • Provide support to operations and perform other incidental and related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
  • Advanced level in Excel and Microsoft software.
  • SAP or ERP system experience preferred.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English preferred.

Compensation: Base salary up to $72K DOE plus benefits.
