Yoh is seeking a Broadband Network Technician to provide customer support for broadband networks. This role involves collaborating with Field Services and Network Engineers to resolve trouble tickets, diagnose, and repair issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and document trouble tickets
- Handle maintenance activities and run MOPs from Engineering
- Monitor network performance following maintenance and network changes
Candidate Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an NOC environment
