- Oversee firm email accounts for bounce-back messages, addressing data issues, and forwarding inquiries to relevant teams.
- Provide support to users regarding system functionalities and business processes.
- Participate in biweekly conference calls as part of the Global CRM Team.
- Offer training and mentorship to team members as required.
- Assist with additional project support as needed.
- Conduct research on individuals and organizations using various online platforms to verify employment and contact information.
- Perform data entry tasks, including correcting errors and standardizing information according to industry standards.
- Follow established protocols for merging duplicate contacts accurately.
- Utilize Excel to generate reports and analyze contact data.
- Monitor shared email inboxes to manage bounce-back messages and update contact statuses.
- Research new email addresses when messages bounce back.
- Handle a steady flow of data change requests from various stakeholders, ensuring thorough research before approval or rejection.
- Experience with CRM systems or databases (knowledge of LexisNexis InterAction is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Experience in email marketing is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English with clear communication skills, primarily through email.
- Proactive approach to work, with the ability to advance projects with minimal supervision.
