- Pursuing a College Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 2+ years' experience in construction management or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and other applicable software programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to read and comprehend plans and specifications.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with ability to work independently.
The employee is regularly required to talk and hear, and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
