Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Adventist Health. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in administering radiopharmaceuticals and radiation to detect and treat diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and radiation to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
  • Prepare and measure radioactive isotopes for therapeutic, diagnostic, and tracer studies.
  • Perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation.
  • Coordinate patient flow and maintain procedure quality control.
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine.
  • State Nuclear Medicine License (required in CA and HI).
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine or Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Venipuncture certification (required in CA and HI).
