Job Summary:

Develon is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Planning Specialist to join our team in Brunswick, GA. As an Inventory Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of components, machines, and attachments based on the production plan. You will work closely with the engineering team to request components from HQ or suppliers, manage material transit time with logistic vendors, and conduct cycle counts and back-ships. You will also be responsible for improving inbound transportation costs, requesting CKD components to HQ or PDC, and updating stock levels. If you have a strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, and are looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inventory of components, machines, and attachments based on production plan
* Request components from HQ or suppliers based on time of need and stock level
* Manage material transit time with logistic vendors
* Conduct cycle counts and back-ships
* Improve inbound transportation costs
* Request CKD components to HQ or PDC
* Update stock levels

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree
* 1-5 years of manufacturing experience, packaging, or supply chain and/or operations
* Knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution processes
* Basic knowledge of heavy equipment
* Experience in SAP, transactions related to control cycles and material information, tracking, and movement
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Experience using Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
