We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee and guide the execution of software development projects using Agile methodologies for POSaBIT, Inc., a growth stage fintech company based in the Greater Seattle Area.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software development projects.
  • Agile Expertise
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
    • Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or SAFe Agilist) is highly desirable.
    • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps).
