Key Duties:

  • Support various construction, maintenance, and renovation activities for both residential and commercial properties.
  • Engage in a variety of construction tasks such as framing, roofing, drywall work, painting, and general labor.
  • Facilitate site preparation, manage materials, and oversee tools to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Carry out maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain an orderly and safe work environment.
  • Review completed work to confirm it aligns with project specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Adjust to changing job responsibilities based on project requirements and site conditions.
  • Safely operate construction machinery and tools.
  • Assist with documentation, material requisitions, and progress tracking as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a technical or trade school is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction with a broad skill set across multiple trades.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, tools, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in varying weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to relocate if required.
  • Experience in both residential and commercial construction is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.

Compensation:
