Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing occupational therapy services to clients in accordance with Idaho Infant and Toddler Program procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients, including screening, evaluation, and treatment planning.
  • Screen and evaluate clients to identify areas of need and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the Infant and Toddler IFSP treatment plan.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client assessments, treatment, follow-up, results, and discharge planning or termination of services.
  • Instruct clients and families in appropriate occupational therapy procedures and home programs to allow for carryover of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities.
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • National Credentialing Board certification.
  • Licensure in the state of Idaho.
  • Prior experience working with pediatric populations is preferred.
