The successful candidate will provide occupational therapy services to children, implementing personalized treatment plans and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for pediatric clients.
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services, ensuring effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and follow-up activities.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on adaptive equipment usage and daily living skills.
- Participate in in-service training and educational programs to enhance professional growth and development.
- A Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- National certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) or pending eligibility.
- Licensure in the state of Idaho and ability to maintain active licensure status.
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
