We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Scientific Research Corporation. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in the preparation and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Proposal Development: Prepare and submit proposals, including RFP/RFQ analysis, pricing, contract negotiations, and administration of contracting activities.
- Contract Review and Analysis: Review and analyze contract documents to determine contractual obligations and ensure compliance with original proposal and contract requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor company performance to ensure conformance to original proposal and contract requirements, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Contract Administration: Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, deviations, negotiations, and completion or termination.
- Customer Liaison: Act as contract liaison between the company and customers/vendors, including participation in pre-contract discussions, contract negotiations, and contract changes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or other relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' of successful experience in all aspects of contracting for engineering and technical support services in a US Government contracting environment.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage cradle-to-grave contracts processes, experience evaluating RFPs, and proficiency in Excel.
