As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and upkeep of both public cloud and on-premises telecommunications systems. Your role will involve:

  • Creating and sustaining VoIP systems that enhance communication efficiency.
  • Implementing automation strategies to improve operational workflows.
  • Engaging in the architectural design and planning of VoIP-centric initiatives.
  • Maximizing productivity and operational efficiency across platforms.
  • Diagnosing and resolving VoIP-related technical challenges.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest technological advancements and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Designing and developing automated tools for VoIP functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with telephony systems and SIP protocols.
  • Proficiency in VoIP, RTP, SRTP, Networking, Cloud Platforms (AWS, OCI), and Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with WebRTC, P2P technologies, STUN, and TURN protocols.
