Job Overview

We are seeking a Life Skills Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide training, assistance and supervision to individuals receiving care in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a caring attitude with a dedication to assisting others, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include providing daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration, as well as facilitating working relationships between employers and individuals served.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Six months to one year of experience in the human services field
  • Valid Driver's License from state of residence
  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Successful clearance of background checks
Salary and Benefits
