Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LifeSet Specialist to join our team at Youth Villages. As a LifeSet Specialist, you will work with young adults to provide individualized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry a maximum caseload of 8-10 young adults and provide regular check-ins to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique challenges and goals of each young adult.
  • Provide on-call crisis support to clients 24/7 and work closely with the Clinical Supervisor to ensure timely and effective interventions.
  • Collaborate with the young adult's support system to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in a social services discipline or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in counseling, case management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
