We are seeking an experienced leader with a deep understanding of BESS or EPC project execution, financial control, and project management systems like Oracle Primavera Unifier and P6.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project financial control and execution within the BESS or EPC industries.

They will also have extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier and P6, both as a user and implementer.

The ability to effectively manage business relationships, particularly with senior stakeholders in finance and project execution, is essential.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, are also required.

• Lead the development of a comprehensive IT strategy for our projects platform that aligns with the evolving needs of our global energy storage solutions business
• Act as the Primavera Unifier and P6 Product Owner, ensuring these platforms deliver the tools needed for successful project execution and financial oversight
• Partner with Regional CFOs and VPs of Project Execution to ensure the platform meets their requirements, driving project performance and financial visibility
• Oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of applications while leading a team of technical experts to support business operations effectively
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of BSAs and interacting with developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
