HR Operations Leader

360 Fire & Flood, LLC is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing HR operations, particularly within the construction sector, and have prior experience in the deployment of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of a new HRIS, including defining project scope, overseeing system configuration, and training staff.
- Provide expert support and advice to HR generalists and management on complex and sensitive HR matters.
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates for various roles.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends; propose competitive salary and incentive structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives to foster internal employee growth.
- Manage employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; regularly review policies to maintain adherence.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Supervise daily HR department operations.
- Conduct timely performance evaluations and manage employee discipline in line with company policies.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in human resource management is preferred.
- SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to navigate various departments within the organization.
Full-time
Compensation:Starting from $75,000 annually
