Position Overview

360 Fire & Flood, LLC is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing HR operations, particularly within the construction sector, and have prior experience in the deployment of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of a new HRIS, including defining project scope, overseeing system configuration, and training staff.
  • Provide expert support and advice to HR generalists and management on complex and sensitive HR matters.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends; propose competitive salary and incentive structures to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and implement learning and development initiatives to foster internal employee growth.
  • Manage employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; regularly review policies to maintain adherence.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Supervise daily HR department operations.
  • Conduct timely performance evaluations and manage employee discipline in line with company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in human resource management is preferred.
  • SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to navigate various departments within the organization.

Full-time

Compensation:

Starting from $75,000 annually
