About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our team at Meeder Investment Management. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in the analysis and evaluation of fixed-income issuers, providing recommendations to our credit committee and portfolio managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct fundamental credit analysis of approved and proposed corporate issuers through due diligence.
  • Develop and conduct proprietary analysis, preparing written recommendations and presenting to the credit committee.
  • Prepare written reports for new initiations and ongoing credit assessments.
  • Interact with portfolio managers and credit team to determine appropriate investment counterparties, concentration limits, and evaluate internal risk policies.
  • Manage credit exposure reporting process, across corporate issuers and trading counterparts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in investment analysis or completion of CFA level 1.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, Morning Star, and other research/data compilation tools preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong presentation skills to a diversified audience.
