As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Clinical Case Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day case management of assigned clinical cases. This includes creating appropriate programming for clients based on initial and ongoing evaluations, client needs, and best ethical practices. You will also maintain clinical requirements for client supervision, lead and mentor technicians on individual patient plan implementation, and meet with treatment staff for case management and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder
  • Supervise and mentor technicians to ensure high-quality treatment implementation
  • Collaborate with treatment staff to ensure effective case management and staff training
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, client notes, data, and reports
  • Encourage parent engagement in parent training for relevant treatment techniques
  • Prepare and attend client educational meetings, such as IEPs, and develop treatment recommendations

Requirements:
