Job Description:As a Registered Nurse at US Renal Care, you will play a critical role in our interdisciplinary team, providing safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients living with kidney disease. Your responsibilities will include completing physical assessments before and after treatments, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring quality renal care by reviewing patient medication profiles and administering medications according to physician orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including physical assessments, treatment administration, and post-treatment monitoring.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient assessment and care planning activities.
- Safety & Quality: Adhere to company policies, state and federal laws, and regulations, while participating in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
- Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
