Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage subordinate employees, providing direction and guidance as needed.
  • Shift Operations: Run shifts in a self-sufficient manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed and that the restaurant is running smoothly.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist the RGM with facility maintenance and ensure that health and safety standards are followed at all times.
  • Profit and Loss Management: Follow cash control/security procedures, maintain inventory, and manage labor to ensure profitability.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and walk during 90% of shift time.
