The Marketing Manager plays a key role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and projects, working closely with the Director of Marketing to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and lead content marketing for internal and external communications.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage and educate customers, and motivate action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with traditional and emerging marketing channels, and identify new opportunities to drive business growth.
- Lead content marketing planning, including social media strategy and video/reels, website, blogs, and intranet.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio of work samples.
- Excellent digital marketing experience, professional writing ability, and intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Professional experience with creating social media reels and social content planning.
- Extraordinary professional communication skills, both oral and written.
