Job Title: Waiter

We are seeking an outgoing and vibrant team member to join our team as a Waiter. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring that they feel valued and cared for.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage tables and ensure that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that food is served promptly and to a high standard.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and drinks to increase sales and revenue.
