**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide medical/surgical care to adult populations with complex medical conditions.
**Responsibilities**
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to assess, analyze, and establish care strategies for patients.
• Prioritize and implement care, delegate tasks safely, and provide direct and indirect nursing care.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and perform additional nursing functions.
**Requirements**
• Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training required during orientation; current BLS certification required for duration of employment.
• New graduates required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
