About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from adults to geriatric patients, and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility and function
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance interventions
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal client outcomes
  • Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and care plans accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Current NJ Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
