Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Meat Cutter to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, preparing, and displaying meat products to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized meat department, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and prepare meat products to meet customer needs
  • Display and merchandise meat products in an attractive and appealing manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized meat department, including the cutting area, display cases, and storage areas
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
  • 14+ months retail experience
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
