About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience in hospice care to join our team in Kingwood, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a willingness to work with patients of all ages, including children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in a hospice setting.
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and other personal care tasks.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care.
  • Maintain patient dignity and comfort, particularly during end-of-life care.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $**40,000 - $50,000 per year**, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package, including reliable transportation reimbursement and auto insurance, is also offered.

Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
  • Previous experience in hospice care is strongly preferred.
  • Home health experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Wellsky-Kinnser is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and resilience in caring for patients facing serious or terminal conditions.
  • Comfortable and willing to care for pediatric patients as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Reliable Transportation with auto insurance.
Preferred Location

Candidates residing in the North Houston area are strongly preferred.
