Join Our Team as a Human Resources Generalist

Welcome to Watson, where we're passionate about building innovative workplace solutions. We're seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to become a key member of our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Labor and Industries Management
  • Benefits and Leave Management
  • Basic Employee Relations
  • Supporting our Production Team as their First Point of Contact HR Support
  • HRIS Administration
  • Various other HR Tasks as they Arise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ Years of HR Experience or a 2 Year Degree and 4+ Years of HR Experience (Manufacturing Experience a Plus)
  • Knowledge of Basic Labor Laws
  • A Willingness to Learn
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Positive Interpersonal Skills
  • Previous HRIS Systems Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Basic Understanding of Labor and Industries
  • A Basic Understanding of Recruitment
  • A Basic Understanding of FMLA and other Protected Leaves
  • Paycom Experience
