ABA Therapist

About the Role:

Momentum ABA Services is seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for implementing individualized support plans under the guidance and supervision of the Behavior Analyst. Your primary duties will include providing one-on-one ABA services to clients, understanding and implementing each client's individual support plan, and providing feedback and insight to the clinical team regarding client progress.

Responsibilities:

• Provides one-on-one ABA services to clients
• Understands and implements each client's individual support plan under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst
• Provides feedback and insight to clinical team regarding client's support plan
• Obtains and maintains certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Protects the health and safety of clients and fellow employees by following appropriate health and safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; required
• At least one (1) year of experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities; preferred
• Current and valid RBT certification; preferred, not required
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Communicate and work professionally and cooperatively with others
• Successfully pass all post offer, pre-employment screening requirements including criminal background check, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds
• Valid and current proof of legal right to drive; required
