Morning Donut Decorator

About the Role:

The Morning Donut Decorator/Baker will be responsible for baking and finishing our baked goods, including donuts, bagels, and croissants. This role requires executing proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures to produce high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake and finish a variety of baked goods
• Meet safety and sanitation standards
• Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
• Work well in a team environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a baker/finisher in a bakery environment is preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings
• Must have weekend availability
