About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient specialist to join our team as an Account Associate. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, establishing customer relationships, and promoting our insurance products.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up as needed to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications
  • Dedicated to customer service and sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
