We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Toyota of Clermont. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist and possess strong verbal and communication skills. You will be comfortable with answering a multi-line system and have a professional appearance. Additionally, you will have knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with fellow employees.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greeting customers as they enter the dealership
  • Data entry
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible hours
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with answering a multi-line system
  • Professional appearance a must
  • Friendly and courtesy disposition
  • Bilingual, preferred
