Key Responsibilities:- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Review and understand contracts, managing changes and other contract issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progress on schedule and within budget
- Provide oversight of construction design, specifications, planning, and recommending actions
- Coordinate project activities with Sterling personnel and joint venture partners
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the project, including safety, performance, budget, scheduling, and quality
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering or foreign degree equivalent, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the construction industry
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering or foreign degree equivalent, plus 3 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience must include planning and overseeing construction of heavy industrial projects, estimating quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor, and working with Primavera P6 and AutoCAD
