QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Experience with onsite installations
  • Proficiency in installing equipment on rooftops
  • Familiarity with hardware installation for internet connectivity is advantageous
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Must reside in the relevant area

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY TECHNICIAN

In this role, you will have the chance to work overtime and be part of a team that values flexibility and work-life balance. As a Wireless Connectivity Technician, you will collaborate with the customer support team to efficiently manage the dispatch calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and prompt service for our clients. Your daily tasks will include installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing wireless internet equipment at client locations. You will navigate various environments and weather conditions, conduct site surveys, configure routers, and perform performance testing to guarantee optimal service. Additionally, you will promote our organization by engaging with neighbors of newly serviced clients and suggesting equipment upgrades when appropriate.
