Job Summary
A talented Clinical Care Specialist is required to join our team at a Short Term Acute Care facility. This role involves caring for 4-5 patients, with the opportunity for on-call shifts. The ideal candidate will possess BLS and ACLS certifications and have experience working in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless care experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate records and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to address concerns and provide updates.
Requirements
• Active RN licensure and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS).
• At least [Salary: $68,000 - $80,000 per year] annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including on-call duties and weekends.
