Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely and organized manner

Lead communication between the servers and culinary team

Read kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of all orders

Monitor and observe guests dining experience, ensuring they are satisfied with the food and service

Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicating with servers immediately

Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas

Assist bussers as needed with clearing tables, especially during peak periods

Provide guidance to guests on dining options and general attraction information

Requirements:

2 years of experience working in the food and beverage industry as a busser or food runner

Ability to skillfully carry three entre plates at the same time for long distances

Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, table settings, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to read, speak, and write English Language to communicate with guests

Preferred Qualifications:

Some college or better in Food and Beverage or related field

Technical/other training or better in Food and Beverage or related field

Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's certifications

ABI, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Team Work, and UltiPro skills
