We are looking for:

We are currently seeking skilled Graphics Operators to support live corporate events in various locations. This role operates on a project-by-project basis, with the duration of projects varying from a single day to longer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operation of slide presentations, video content, and other materials during live events and broadcasts.
  • Receive cues from presenters through verbal communication, cueing systems, or directly from the Show Caller.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) regarding graphics appearance, color schemes, formatting, and related issues.
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in configuring and programming software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Apple Keynote.
  • Ensure graphics are displayed correctly for both streaming and in-person event experiences.
  • Utilize systems like Qlab and OTA Express for video playback effectively.
  • Collaborate directly with clients, talent, and producers to ensure presentations meet design specifications.
  • Conduct rehearsals with the production team, making necessary adjustments to materials and cue sheets as needed.
  • Follow directions from the stage manager or show caller to ensure all cues are executed accurately.
  • Perform comprehensive checks prior to each event to confirm all equipment is operational and properly configured.
  • Test all playback elements to ensure they function correctly during the show.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphics Operator, ideally for large-scale or high-profile events in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a diverse range of individuals and job functions.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed and helpful under pressure.
  • Proficient in working within a broadcast team environment, including interaction with talent, producers, and directors, under tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of broadcast and production technologies, including but not limited to Keynote, Google Slides, DSAN Perfect Cue, and Qlab.
  • Thorough knowledge of video transport standards.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to rapid changes in a live production environment.
  • Exemplary control room presence, proven leadership capabilities, and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle pressure effectively.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and creative members of the event production team.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
