Job Overview

As a vital member of the healthcare team, the Nuclear Medicine Technician is responsible for conducting nuclear medicine examinations. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety of patients while providing precise imaging in nuclear medicine environments. Key Responsibilities

- Execute nuclear medicine procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of various health conditions.
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for imaging.
- Operate gamma cameras and other nuclear medicine apparatus to capture images.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures, providing clear guidance and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to analyze images and deliver accurate diagnostic information.

Essential Qualifications

- ARRT (N) Certification
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in Nuclear Medicine
- Strong communication skills and adaptability.
